📋 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or making a booking through Shree Ram Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all passengers, visitors, and users of our platform.
🎫 2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a booking token (TKT-XXXXXX).
- You must provide accurate passenger details — name, email, and phone number — at the time of booking.
- Shree Ram Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking found to contain false or fraudulent information.
- Each booking token is unique and serves as your ticket. Keep it safe.
- A maximum of 6 seats may be booked per transaction.
💳 3. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. Shree Ram Travels does not store your card or payment details.
- Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be completed in full before a seat is confirmed. Partial payments are not accepted.
- In the event of a payment failure, no seat will be reserved. Please retry the booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is final.
🔄 4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- No-shows (failure to board the bus at the scheduled time) are not eligible for a refund.
- Shree Ram Travels reserves the right to cancel a journey due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, vehicle breakdown, government orders). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

🕐 5. Boarding & Travel
- Passengers must be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will not wait for late passengers.
- Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID) along with your booking token for verification.
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage (up to 15 kg) and one small carry-on bag. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges.
- Strictly prohibited on board: alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, flammable materials, and any items that may endanger fellow passengers.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus at all times.
- Shree Ram Travels is not responsible for any valuables left on the bus.
⏱️ 6. Schedule & Delays
- Departure and arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Shree Ram Travels shall not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by third-party factors.
- Route changes may be made without prior notice in the interest of passenger safety.
👤 7. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and staff at all times.
- Any passenger causing disturbance, behaving irresponsibly, or violating these terms may be asked to deboard without any refund.
- Children below the age of 5 years may travel free of charge on a parent's lap, but are not entitled to a separate seat.
🔒 8. Privacy & Data
- We collect your name, email, and phone number solely for the purpose of processing and managing your booking.
- Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
- Payment data is handled entirely by Cashfree and is not stored on our servers.
- By booking with us, you consent to receiving booking confirmations and service communications via the contact details you provided.
⚖️ 9. Liability
- Shree Ram Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger for the specific booking in question.
- We are not responsible for any loss of life, personal injury, or property damage unless caused by our gross negligence.
📝 10. Changes to These Terms
Shree Ram Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
⚖️ 11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
